Freight Shipping & Shipping by Sea
• Client can choose to have items shipped by sea or freight. Shipping costs are calculated separately for each quote order.
• Pick up is also available by appointment from our Sydney warehouse only.
• You may prefer to organise a private courier. Couriers will need to bring a completed consignment to the warehouse for collection. Saphrouge Designs accepts no responsibility with regard to freight related issues when using an external courier, once the products have left the warehouse.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove delivery is a freight service and must be requested when placing your order in advance. We offer a premium delivery service to metropolitan areas, which is our top recommendation. Our moving team will take care of unpacking, inspecting, and disposing of packaging for you, and the service is fully insured. For smaller items and accessories, we also offer a drop-off courier option. Let our team help you choose the best solution for you. Keep in mind, payment in full is required before delivery can be scheduled with Saphrouge Designs.
Storage
Saphrouge Designs reserves the right to apply a warehouse fee, when storage of the goods purchased exceed 2 weeks without any prior agreement, upon completion, an additional storage fee of $150/m3 per week will be charged to any stored merchandise if the invoice balance is not fully paid and shipping arrangements have not been made within 4 weeks from the date the goods are received in our warehouse. This fee will be cumulative until the remaining amount (invoice balance and storage fees) is fully paid and shipping arrangements have been made.
How are the shipping costs calculated?
