Damaged Goods

Report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging.

Our customer care department will contact you directly within approximately 3 business days in order to provide the best solution for your case.

Warranty

Most products sold on https://saphrougedesigns.com.au/shop are backed by a manufacturer warranty. We will either facilitate a resolution or put you in contact with our customer care department that will assist you directly.

Returns

Items in perfect conditions are non-refundable as all products are made-to-order. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Exceptions must be approved by our customer care department if a refund would be issued

Defective Goods

Returns & Exchanges

I. Should the article received fail your expectations in any way, please provide written claim to our email concierge@saphrougedesigns.com.au within the first 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Photographic evidence supporting your allegation must also be sent. Upon confirmation of any defect, Saphrouge Designs compromises to replace the defective part/piece integrally, within a period agreed with the client. The defective part/piece must be received by Saphrouge Design at our designated receiving facility in its original package before a replacement is sent out.

II. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging, tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used item(s) cannot be returned, unless defective.

III. On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Please be sure to enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).

IV. There are no warranties with our products. When issues arise, Saphrouge Designs, reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or repair is most appropriate.

V. After the reception email, the package should be delivered within 14 days.

VI. After the reception of the returned items, the refund should not exceed 14 days.
